Banquet Menus
You will need to have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer to download the menu. Adobe Acrobat Reader is FREE and can be obtained by clicking on this link.
There are twelve plated menus to choose from for your event. The following menus can be altered to meet your taste. Changing an item or two on a menu may change the price of the menu.
The way these work:
A) You choose one of these menus for your dinner at least one week prior to the event.
B) We have the appetizers out for a cocktail hour or you can have them served at the table – if they are served at the table your guests get to choose one appetizer.
C) At the appropriate time our staff will guide your guests to their seat.
D) Your guests will have a menu at their place.
E) Your guests choose one entrée and the salad is served.
F) Entrees are served according to the type of event you plan to have.
G) Dessert service follows. If you are having a wedding cake, we will cut and serve it for no additional fee instead of the dessert on the menu.
H) Each menu is priced per person plus 6.25% sales tax and 20% gratuity.
I) Each dinner includes soft drinks, iced tea and bread.
Liquor, wine, beer coffee are optional and can be provided and sold to you on a consumption basis. Beer is $3.00 a bottle, wine is $4.00 per glass, mixed drinks are $6.00 each and coffee is $2.00 each.
Service varies depending on the size and scope of your party.
The Front Room is appropriate for a dinner of up to 40 people. The Front Room rents for $200 + 6.25% sales tax. The Courtyard (completely indoor with 21 tons of air conditioning) is larger and can accommodate groups from 20 – 200 people. 150 people can be seated with a dance floor in the Courtyard and another 50 can be seated on the mezzanine. The Courtyard rents for $1000 + 6.25% sales tax. The entire space (Front Room, Foyer and Courtyard) rents for $1200 plus 6.25% tax. Depending on the type of event you plan to have we can accommodate up to 300 people. All room rentals include tables, chairs, linens, glassware, plates and silverware.
