Plated Banquet Meal Process:

 1. You select menu items to build the menu for your event at least one week prior to the event. A typical plated menu would include 2 appetizers, salad, 3 entrée options, and a dessert.

2.  For a dinner, we have the appetizers out for a cocktail hour.

3.  At the appropriate time, our staff will guide your guests to their seat.

4.  Your guests will have a menu at their place.

5.  Your guests choose one entrée and the salad is served.

6.  Entrées are served according to the type of event you plan to have.

7.  Dessert service follows.  If you are having a wedding cake, we will cut and serve it for an additional fee.

8.  Each menu is priced per person plus 6.75% sales tax and 20% service charge.

9.  Each dinner includes iced water and iced tea.

Buffet-style Banquet meals work very similarly, with the exception of item 5: Your guests will be invited to start the buffet line by table number.

Liquor, wine, beer, soda, juice, and coffee are optional and can be provided and sold to you on a consumption basis.
