You will need to have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer to download the menu.  Adobe Acrobat Reader is FREE and can be obtained by clicking on this link.   

     The following are our hors d’oeuvre menus you may choose from to use during your reception.  If there is something you would like that you do not see we can custom make a menu for you.

This is how it works:

A)     You choose one of our hors d' oeuvre packages for your reception at least one week prior to the event. 

B)     We will make enough for your party.  For some items we will make three pieces per person, others two and some just one, depending on the size of the item.  All you have to do is let us know the total number of people to cook for.

C)    The price per person is at the bottom of each sheet.

D)    Six and a quarter percent tax and a service charge of 20% are added to food and beverage.

Liquor, wine, beer, soft drinks and coffee are optional and can be provided and sold to you on a consumption basis.  Beer is $ 3.00 per bottle, wine $ 4.00 per glass, mixed drinks $ 6.00 each, soft drinks $ 1.00 each and coffee is $2.00 per person.

The Front Room is appropriate for a dinner of up to 40 people.  The Front Room rents for $200 + 6.25% sales tax.  The Courtyard (completely indoor with 21 tons of air conditioning) is larger and can accommodate groups from 20 – 200 people.  150 people can be seated with a dance floor in the Courtyard and another 50 can be seated on the mezzanine.  The Courtyard rents for $1000 + 6.25% sales tax. The entire space (Front Room, Foyer and Courtyard) rents for $1200 plus 6.25% tax.  Depending on the type of event you plan to have we can accommodate up to 300 people.  Included in all room rentals are tables, chairs, linens, plates, glasses and silverware.
